| Night Tournament Questionnaire: A night tournament is defined as an event occurring between April 1st and September 30th that have boats leaving or returning after 10:30 pm. This questionnaire must be completed and approved prior to the event(s) for coverage to be provided through the North American Tournament Association’s policy. | Word RTF PDF |
