The North
American Tournament Association, L.L.C. (NATA) was formed in the interest
of promoting safety and financial
responsibility. Emil DeLuca, a long time advocate and participant
in competitive tournament fishing, created an organization where responsible
groups will have the ability to associate for a common benefit.
By safety
we mean we provide you with sample tournament rules in simple formats
for you to download for use for your sanctioned events. We also provide
you with sample liability release forms to protect your group and sponsors.
By financial
responsibility we mean that we provide a $1,000,000.00 fishing tournament
and event liability insurance
program to protect your groups sanctioned events. This includes tournaments,
meetings, fundraising activities, and banquets.
